Introduction

Floodplain information, provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), may be available.

Very detailed floodplain information is available. However, because it is so detailed, it takes some patience for the layer to fill in and only displays once the map is zoomed in to at least 1000 ft.

The FEMA floodplain uses this legend which is automatically displayed anytime the layer is active.
